At FERGIE'S, each robe is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns for refunds due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Gift purchases
  • Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If FERGIE'S makes an error with your order, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The incorrect or damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement is issued.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your replacement at no additional cost to you.

Customized & Personalized Orders

All customized, embroidered, private-label, and personalized orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

If an error is made by FERGIE'S in the customization process, we will replace the item in accordance with the replacement policy above.
